Most of our blinds and shades are ship within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of a complete order with check or credit card approval. On rare occasions, there may be manufacturing delays out of our control. In these cases, we will notify you of the delay and the estimated shipping date of your blinds and shades order. Unless there is a delay or need for more information from you, orders will be in production the following business day. We ship our blinds and shades via UPS or Federal Express Ground at no charge for all window treatments. For all products 90 inches or larger in width or length, a one time oversize package charge will be added to your blinds and shades order.
