Our custom blinds have a limited lifetime warranty. All of our products are backed by a manufacture limited lifetime warranty. It covers custom blinds will be free from defects in materials or workmanship of the lifetime of the original purchaser as long as the product is measured and installed according to manufacturer’s product instructions. It does not include any conditions resulting from damages to the custom blinds caused by accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to adhere to our maintenance. In addition, since wooden slats are crafted from natural wood, slight variation in color and grain may be present and slight warpage may occur. These characteristics are inherent in finely milled wood and are accepted as industry standards for these custom blinds.
