All of our window coverings have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any window coverings to be free from defects in materials or workmanship of the lifetime of the original purchaser as long as the product is measured and installed in residential dwellings according to manufacturers product instructions. This warranty does not include any conditions resulting from damages to the window covering caused by accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to adhere to our maintenance. In addition, since wooden slats are crafted from natural wood, slight variation in color and grain may be present and slight warpage may occur. These characteristics are inherent in finely milled wood and are accepted as a window coverings industry standard.
